Alan and Gordon were recommended by the screed manufacturer that was specified for our extension project. They completed a 40m2 area with 12m of flush door thresholds + UFH and manifold installation. The team were great to deal with and very professional from the initial enquiry to completion of the project. The team provided recommendations and technical advice throughout the quotation stage and were the only contractor to actually visit and survey the site prior to finalising the quote. During the works, the Alan and Gordon were brilliant, taking time and effort to run through the plan for the works and made sure all protection was in place. Our requirements were quite demanding with respect to flush thresholds and floor finishes being applied directly to the screed. The end product is brilliant, exceeding our expectations. We were always worried about the screeding and potential mess / damage to large areas of floor to ceiling glazing , but this was not an issue with Alan and Gordon. Everything was protected and the place was spotless when the job was complete. Of the several trades used during our renovation and extension project, the team at Next Level have been without a doubt the best and would highly recommend them. First class work and really nice guys. Looking forward to having the team back in the near future for some further screeding works.

I found Gordon and Alan's company nextlevelufhs.co.uk via Google searching for 'Floor Leveling' and could not have got a better company to level my floors. Having watched some YouTube videos and then seeing Gordon and Alan setting up their laser and depth measuring equipment I knew I was getting very experienced professional tradesmen. My floor surfaces had been removed from the original concrete base prior to contacting them for a survey. This had left chisel gouges like the surface of the moon. The original concrete base was uneven with dips and highs. When the work was finished the floors were as flat as pancakes and level from front to back. A most desirable outcome. Reducing my stress during this time was greatly appreciated because of their helpful communication prior to and during the work. Absolutely excellent service from Alan, Gordon and Ryan, right from initial visit and advice. They prepped the pre-insulated 180sqm floor over multiple rooms and fitted all the heating pipe and manifold in two days. They pumped in the Cemfloor screed on third morning and it was all done in under three hours. Amazingly neat job, super flat finish, hard enough to walk on after 24hrs (despite being mid February and quite cold). Highly recommended and stress free!
