Excellent service, and good value too. Recommended to me for the microcement finish that we are using. Gordon was my contact, very responsive and helpful. Execution of work was to plan, and they also saved me time too by taping my airtightness membrane to their membrane, much appreciated. Our screed is deeper than normal at about 85mm average depth, also to maximise thermal mass we have a clip rail system necessitating mechanical fixing to the concrete slab, which made installation trickier and more time consuming vs using an insulation layer but they did an excellent job of securing the pipes. Our house is bit unusual, about passive house standard, and an upside down open plan layout, requiring a completely open loop UFH arrangement and a bias to heating open the ground floor open plan areas which are essentially the radiator for the upper floor

We were looking to install underfloor heating so went to the 2025 Home Show at the SSEC in Glasgow. We had done a bit of research beforehand but actively sought out specialists at the show. This is how we came across Next Level, a Perth based firm who carry out installations throughout Scotland. We spent some time with the guys as they explained what they did and how they did it. We were impressed by the guys as they are the people who actually install the system and clearly knew what they were talking about.
Our project was delayed with local authority issues and we enlisted a good local builder - he also did his research which led to Next Level - how glad and lucky we were!
The guys came in and were very professional in their approach and the care they took. Everything was spot on and when it came to our kitchen being installed the fitters were amazed at the quality and level accuracy of the floor. Next Level are very knowledgeable and if you’re in the market for under floor heating I would strongly recommend giving them a call and discussing your needs, they’re friendly, not pushy and stand by the quality of their work which they take real pride in.

They prepped the pre-insulated 180sqm floor over multiple rooms and fitted all the heating pipe and manifold in two days. They pumped in the Cemfloor screed on third morning and it was all done in under three hours. Amazingly neat job, super flat finish,  hard enough to walk on after 24hrs (despite being mid February and quite cold). Highly recommended and stress free!

Comunications were excellent and the quote was very competative so we decided to proceed with the installation in October of this year. It will be easier to rate them as follows:-
1- Workmanship and work ethic-Exceptional

3-Communication skills-Exceptional
It is a rare thing these days to find such a company that takes ALL of the stress away from the customer and puts your mind at ease. Our second fix joiners and electricians were very impressed especially with the work ethic, speed and quality of workmanship. We chose Gordon and his team to do our floor insulation, underfloor heating and Screed. To say they did a great job would be an understatement! Gordon and Ryan arrived first thing on the morning of the install and started their craft right away. These guys were true professionals from start to finish. We have a lot to do for the home renovation still, but this piece of the puzzle was a very important one (so we could continue on with stairs and all other fixings on the ground floor). Screed and underfloor heating can be a daunting thing but Alan & Gordon are top class. Explained everything clearly and knew the answer to every question instantly making the process stress free.

The original floor was in terrible shape, I wasn’t sure we could even screed it. But with the skill and knowledge of Alan & Gordon they left the house perfectly level.

Next Level recently installed 100m2 insulation and under floor heating for us in our holiday cottage.

I have worked in the building industry for many years and I have found both Alan & Gordon to be thoroughly efficient and produced a first class installation from start to finish.

In my day we would have described them as proper tradesmen with a real old fashioned work ethic.

Normally I would worry about recommending people incase they didn’t live up to expectations but with Next Level under the stewardship of both Alan & Gordon I would have no such concerns. Gladly recommend them and their company.

I found Gordon and Alan's company nextlevelufhs.co.uk via Google searching for "Floor Leveling" and could not have got a better company to level my floors. Having watched some YouTube videos and then seeing Gordon and Alan setting up their laser and depth measuring equipment I knew I was getting very experienced professional tradesmen. My floor surfaces had been removed from the original concrete base prior to contacting them for a survey. This had left chisel gouges like the surface of the moon. The original concrete base was uneven with dips and highs. When the work was finished the floors were as flat as pancakes and level from front to back. A most desirable outcome.
Reducing my stress during this time was greatly appreciated because of their helpful communication prior to and during the work.

Alan and Gordon were recommended by the screed manufacturer that was specified for our extension project.   They completed a 40m2 area with 12m of flush door thresholds + UFH and manifold installation.

The team were great to deal with and very professional from the initial enquiry to completion of the project.

The team provided recommendations and technical advice throughout the quotation stage and were the only contractor to actually visit and survey the site prior to finalising the quote.

During the works, the Alan and Gordon were brilliant, taking time and effort to run through the plan for the works and made sure all protection was in place.

Our requirements were quite demanding with respect to flush thresholds and floor finishes being applied directly to the screed.  The end product is brilliant, exceeding our expectations.

We were always worried about the screeding and potential mess / damage to large areas of floor to ceiling glazing , but this was not an issue with Alan and Gordon.   Everything was protected and the place was spotless when the job was complete.

Of the several trades used during our renovation and extension project, the team at Next Level have been without a doubt the best and would highly recommend them.   First class work and really nice guys.

Looking forward to having the team back in the near future for some further screeding works.

If you want a professional floor insulation, underfloor heating, and screed job done brilliantly at a cost-effective price you cannot get better than Alan and Gordan. We have struggled with our self-build, emailing, and calling companies no one bothers to call or acknowledge your emails. I called Alan on a Saturday morning; Alan and Gordan surveyed our site despite it being over 1 hours drive away from them and got back with a quote quickly. They completed our job last week, if everyone worked this way our experience in renovation would be a positive exciting adventure. Excellent service, and good value too. Recommended to me for the microcement finish that we are using. Gordon was my contact, very responsive and helpful. Execution of work was to plan, and they also saved me time too by taping my airtightness membrane to their membrane, much appreciated. Our screed is deeper than normal at about 85mm average depth, also to maximise thermal mass we have a clip rail system necessitating mechanical fixing to the concrete slab, which made installation trickier and more time consuming vs using an insulation layer but they did an excellent job of securing the pipes. Our house is bit unusual, about passive house standard, and an upside down open plan layout, requiring a completely open loop UFH arrangement and a bias to heating open the ground floor open plan areas which are essentially the radiator for the upper floor

We were looking to install underfloor heating so went to the 2025 Home Show at the SSEC in Glasgow. We had done a bit of research beforehand but actively sought out specialists at the show. This is how we came across Next Level, a Perth based firm who carry out installations throughout Scotland. We spent some time with the guys as they explained what they did and how they did it. We were impressed by the guys as they are the people who actually install the system and clearly knew what they were talking about.
Our project was delayed with local authority issues and we enlisted a good local builder - he also did his research which led to Next Level - how glad and lucky we were!
The guys came in and were very professional in their approach and the care they took. Everything was spot on and when it came to our kitchen being installed the fitters were amazed at the quality and level accuracy of the floor. Next Level are very knowledgeable and if you’re in the market for under floor heating I would strongly recommend giving them a call and discussing your needs, they’re friendly, not pushy and stand by the quality of their work which they take real pride in.

They prepped the pre-insulated 180sqm floor over multiple rooms and fitted all the heating pipe and manifold in two days. They pumped in the Cemfloor screed on third morning and it was all done in under three hours. We were looking to install underfloor heating so went to the 2025 Home Show at the SSEC in Glasgow. We had done a bit of research beforehand but actively sought out specialists at the show. This is how we came across Next Level, a Perth based firm who carry out installations throughout Scotland. We spent some time with the guys as they explained what they did and how they did it. We were impressed by the guys as they are the people who actually install the system and clearly knew what they were talking about.
Our project was delayed with local authority issues and we enlisted a good local builder - he also did his research which led to Next Level - how glad and lucky we were!
The guys came in and were very professional in their approach and the care they took. Everything was spot on and when it came to our kitchen being installed the fitters were amazed at the quality and level accuracy of the floor. Next Level are very knowledgeable and if you’re in the market for under floor heating I would strongly recommend giving them a call and discussing your needs, they’re friendly, not pushy and stand by the quality of their work which they take real pride in.

As novice self builders getting the screed done was quite a daunting thought, but Alan and the team made the process so easy for us. They were really helpful and knowledgable with all our questions and the finish on the floor was just incredible. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

They prepped the pre-insulated 180sqm floor over multiple rooms and fitted all the heating pipe and manifold in two days. They pumped in the Cemfloor screed on third morning and it was all done in under three hours. Amazingly neat job, super flat finish,  hard enough to walk on after 24hrs (despite being mid February and quite cold). Highly recommended and stress free!

Comunications were excellent and the quote was very competative so we decided to proceed with the installation in October of this year. It will be easier to rate them as follows:-
1- Workmanship and work ethic-Exceptional
2-Speed of installation-Exceptional
3-Communication skills-Exceptional
It is a rare thing these days to find such a company that takes ALL of the stress away from the customer and puts your mind at ease. Our second fix joiners and electricians were very impressed especially with the work ethic, speed and quality of workmanship. We would not hesitate to recommend Gordon and the guys to anyone who wants UFH installed.

We chose Gordon and his team to do our floor insulation, underfloor heating and Screed. To say they did a great job would be an understatement! Gordon and Ryan arrived first thing on the morning of the install and started their craft right away. These guys were true professionals from start to finish. We have a lot to do for the home renovation still, but this piece of the puzzle was a very important one (so we could continue on with stairs and all other fixings on the ground floor). I highly recommend Next Level UFHS if you’re looking for the absolute best job in all of Scotland!!

Conscientious, honest, tidy, and came to my rescue when my flooring guy put a nail through the system 🙄.

Screed and underfloor heating can be a daunting thing but Alan & Gordon are top class. Explained everything clearly and knew the answer to every question instantly making the process stress free.

The original floor was in terrible shape, I wasn’t sure we could even screed it. But with the skill and knowledge of Alan & Gordon they left the house perfectly level.

Next Level recently installed 100m2 insulation and under floor heating for us in our holiday cottage.

I have worked in the building industry for many years and I have found both Alan & Gordon to be thoroughly efficient and produced a first class installation from start to finish.

In my day we would have described them as proper tradesmen with a real old fashioned work ethic.

Normally I would worry about recommending people incase they didn’t live up to expectations but with Next Level under the stewardship of both Alan & Gordon I would have no such concerns. Gladly recommend them and their company.

I found Gordon and Alan's company nextlevelufhs.co.uk via Google searching for "Floor Leveling" and could not have got a better company to level my floors. Having watched some YouTube videos and then seeing Gordon and Alan setting up their laser and depth measuring equipment I knew I was getting very experienced professional tradesmen. My floor surfaces had been removed from the original concrete base prior to contacting them for a survey. This had left chisel gouges like the surface of the moon. The original concrete base was uneven with dips and highs. When the work was finished the floors were as flat as pancakes and level from front to back. A most desirable outcome.
Reducing my stress during this time was greatly appreciated because of their helpful communication prior to and during the work.

Alan and Gordon were recommended by the screed manufacturer that was specified for our extension project.   They completed a 40m2 area with 12m of flush door thresholds + UFH and manifold installation.

The team were great to deal with and very professional from the initial enquiry to completion of the project.

The team provided recommendations and technical advice throughout the quotation stage and were the only contractor to actually visit and survey the site prior to finalising the quote.

During the works, the Alan and Gordon were brilliant, taking time and effort to run through the plan for the works and made sure all protection was in place.

Our requirements were quite demanding with respect to flush thresholds and floor finishes being applied directly to the screed.  The end product is brilliant, exceeding our expectations.

We were always worried about the screeding and potential mess / damage to large areas of floor to ceiling glazing , but this was not an issue with Alan and Gordon.   Everything was protected and the place was spotless when the job was complete.

Of the several trades used during our renovation and extension project, the team at Next Level have been without a doubt the best and would highly recommend them.   First class work and really nice guys.

Looking forward to having the team back in the near future for some further screeding works.

If you want a professional floor insulation, underfloor heating, and screed job done brilliantly at a cost-effective price you cannot get better than Alan and Gordan. We have struggled with our self-build, emailing, and calling companies no one bothers to call or acknowledge your emails. I called Alan on a Saturday morning; Alan and Gordan surveyed our site despite it being over 1 hours drive away from them and got back with a quote quickly. They completed our job last week, if everyone worked this way our experience in renovation would be a positive exciting adventure. Excellent service, and good value too. Recommended to me for the microcement finish that we are using. Gordon was my contact, very responsive and helpful. Execution of work was to plan, and they also saved me time too by taping my airtightness membrane to their membrane, much appreciated. Our screed is deeper than normal at about 85mm average depth, also to maximise thermal mass we have a clip rail system necessitating mechanical fixing to the concrete slab, which made installation trickier and more time consuming vs using an insulation layer but they did an excellent job of securing the pipes. Our house is bit unusual, about passive house standard, and an upside down open plan layout, requiring a completely open loop UFH arrangement and a bias to heating open the ground floor open plan areas which are essentially the radiator for the upper floor
Everything taken in their stride.

We were looking to install underfloor heating so went to the 2025 Home Show at the SSEC in Glasgow. We had done a bit of research beforehand but actively sought out specialists at the show. This is how we came across Next Level, a Perth based firm who carry out installations throughout Scotland. We spent some time with the guys as they explained what they did and how they did it. We were impressed by the guys as they are the people who actually install the system and clearly knew what they were talking about.
Our project was delayed with local authority issues and we enlisted a good local builder - he also did his research which led to Next Level - how glad and lucky we were!
The guys came in and were very professional in their approach and the care they took. Everything was spot on and when it came to our kitchen being installed the fitters were amazed at the quality and level accuracy of the floor. Next Level are very knowledgeable and if you’re in the market for under floor heating I would strongly recommend giving them a call and discussing your needs, they’re friendly, not pushy and stand by the quality of their work which they take real pride in.

They prepped the pre-insulated 180sqm floor over multiple rooms and fitted all the heating pipe and manifold in two days. They pumped in the Cemfloor screed on third morning and it was all done in under three hours. Amazingly neat job, super flat finish,  hard enough to walk on after 24hrs (despite being mid February and quite cold). Highly recommended and stress free!

Comunications were excellent and the quote was very competative so we decided to proceed with the installation in October of this year. It will be easier to rate them as follows:-
1- Workmanship and work ethic-Exceptional
2-Speed of installation-Exceptional
3-Communication skills-Exceptional
It is a rare thing these days to find such a company that takes ALL of the stress away from the customer and puts your mind at ease. Our second fix joiners and electricians were very impressed especially with the work ethic, speed and quality of workmanship. We would not hesitate to recommend Gordon and the guys to anyone who wants UFH installed.

We chose Gordon and his team to do our floor insulation, underfloor heating and Screed. To say they did a great job would be an understatement! Gordon and Ryan arrived first thing on the morning of the install and started their craft right away. These guys were true professionals from start to finish. We have a lot to do for the home renovation still, but this piece of the puzzle was a very important one (so we could continue on with stairs and all other fixings on the ground floor). I highly recommend Next Level UFHS if you’re looking for the absolute best job in all of Scotland!!

Screed and underfloor heating can be a daunting thing but Alan & Gordon are top class. Explained everything clearly and knew the answer to every question instantly making the process stress free.

The original floor was in terrible shape, I wasn’t sure we could even screed it. But with the skill and knowledge of Alan & Gordon they left the house perfectly level.

Next Level recently installed 100m2 insulation and under floor heating for us in our holiday cottage.

I have worked in the building industry for many years and I have found both Alan & Gordon to be thoroughly efficient and produced a first class installation from start to finish.

In my day we would have described them as proper tradesmen with a real old fashioned work ethic.

Normally I would worry about recommending people incase they didn’t live up to expectations but with Next Level under the stewardship of both Alan & Gordon I would have no such concerns. Gladly recommend them and their company.

I found Gordon and Alan's company nextlevelufhs.co.uk via Google searching for "Floor Leveling" and could not have got a better company to level my floors. Having watched some YouTube videos and then seeing Gordon and Alan setting up their laser and depth measuring equipment I knew I was getting very experienced professional tradesmen. My floor surfaces had been removed from the original concrete base prior to contacting them for a survey. This had left chisel gouges like the surface of the moon. The original concrete base was uneven with dips and highs. When the work was finished the floors were as flat as pancakes and level from front to back. A most desirable outcome.
Reducing my stress during this time was greatly appreciated because of their helpful communication prior to and during the work.

Alan and Gordon were recommended by the screed manufacturer that was specified for our extension project.   They completed a 40m2 area with 12m of flush door thresholds + UFH and manifold installation.

The team were great to deal with and very professional from the initial enquiry to completion of the project.

The team provided recommendations and technical advice throughout the quotation stage and were the only contractor to actually visit and survey the site prior to finalising the quote.

During the works, the Alan and Gordon were brilliant, taking time and effort to run through the plan for the works and made sure all protection was in place.

Our requirements were quite demanding with respect to flush thresholds and floor finishes being applied directly to the screed.  The end product is brilliant, exceeding our expectations.

We were always worried about the screeding and potential mess / damage to large areas of floor to ceiling glazing , but this was not an issue with Alan and Gordon.   Everything was protected and the place was spotless when the job was complete.

Of the several trades used during our renovation and extension project, the team at Next Level have been without a doubt the best and would highly recommend them.   First class work and really nice guys.

Looking forward to having the team back in the near future for some further screeding works.

If you want a professional floor insulation, underfloor heating, and screed job done brilliantly at a cost-effective price you cannot get better than Alan and Gordan. We have struggled with our self-build, emailing, and calling companies no one bothers to call or acknowledge your emails. I called Alan on a Saturday morning; Alan and Gordan surveyed our site despite it being over 1 hours drive away from them and got back with a quote quickly. They completed our job last week, if everyone worked this way our experience in renovation would be a positive exciting adventure. Next level underfloor heating.  Alan and Gordon do what only the best in their field can do. Make a hard job look easy. These guys are fast, efficient, professional and excellent at there trade. I work in the concrete industry and I have seen lots of trades tackle this type of work. I have yet to see any as good as this pair for preparing and executing a first floor underfloor heating installation and screed.
